Platinum	Doctor Guaranteed within 6 months	25% x Salary or Contract Value Advertising charge 25% Deposit
Gold	Doctor Guaranteed within 12 months	25% x Salary or Contract Value Advertising charge 10% Deposit
Silver	Doctor Referred within 12 months	25% x Salary or Contract Value 10% Deposit
